Staff, cleanliness, location, information
First of all, I like the staffs at this hotel. They are friendly, courteous and helpful when we stayed at this hotel. It is very accessible since it is located at the city.
I stayed at the a&a plaza hotel for 1 night on my way back to cebu with my wife and her sister we injoyed it very much. We had a good nights sleep and the severs was also very good every one was very helpful
The service was very good. The hotel was easy to spot and was close to businesses we needed to access (Western Union, banks, ATMs). The shuttle to from and to the airport was very convenient.
Didn't like having to pay extra for drinking water- is this an extra? The bed was not comfortable.
The staffs were good though they need further training on customer care and service
Rooms were noisy, the furnitures are of poor quality, the lightings are not good, not enough amenities as expected of the hotel (no tissue paper), hotel layout is not good
Chiese restaurant, the good is very good and price is reasonable.
No hassle. Everything working & inclusive. Room comfort, good services & restaurant.
Coming to Puerto Princesa for the first time, I stayed in a&a Plaza because it was one of the few choices available in my price range that I could book on the Internet, and that did not get bad traveler reviews. Everything turned out fine, except the two points below:
(a) I need to use the Internet a lot and about half the time the WiFi was not working. It faded in and out, interrupting my communications. (b) There were two types of noise problems. The first room I had was 2F facing the street, and the street noise (shrill motorized tricycles and people shouting) went on all night. The 2nd night I took a interior room with no windows, and received no street noise at all, but because the hotel also serves as a convention and group tour center the other guests were sometimes unbelievably noisy. Despite the two points above, I would recommend this hotel to a first-time arrival in Puerto Princesa who is unfamiliar with the city.
I didnt like it
Its not complain But ive spend 5 nights their Their was constructions going all over the days I was not happy regard this
Very nice stay in an Island Paradise
